So, on the week we chose Navy as a theme, MAC Cosmetics is launching its new collection, called Hey Sailor. Such a coincidence! It has not only cosmetics, but also accessories, as you can see.

I asked Anita to start our week, because I really had no idea of what to wear. But then I went through my wardrobe and came up with this look.

Nails and lips were easy: I love red. But I only have 2 t-shirst that can be considered navy blue and I chose to wear this skirt that is not actually white. Good thing I had bought this red belt on Feb 29th, don't you think? On my nails Passionate Red, by Maybelline, and on lips Forever Red, by Maybelline, plus a gloss on top, by Eudora.

The sandals I bought in New York City, back in 2008 and I hardly wear them because they hurt my feet! They are American Eagle and they were incredibly cheap, just 9.99 dollars!

T-shirt and skirt bought in São Paulo, at Bom Retiro (if you visit São Paulo, you gotta go to Bom Retiro!), and the necklace was handmade by my dear friend Cris Moreira.

Então na semana em que escolhemos o Navy como tema, a MAC Cosmetics resolveu lançar sua nova coleção, inspirada no mesmo tema! Que coincidência! E não tem só cosméticos, tem acessórios também!

Eu pedi pra Anita começar a semana, porque eu realmente não tinha idéia do que usar. Mas aí fucei no guardarroupa e montei esse look.

Unhas e lábios foi fácil: amo vermelho. Mas só tenho 2 camisetas que podem ser consideradas azul Navy e escolhi essa saia pra usar, apesar dela não ser realmente branca. Coisa boa que comprei esse cinto vermelho dia 29 de fevereiro, não acham? Nas unhas, Passionate Red, da Maybelline, e nos lábios o Forever Red, da linha Matte da Maybelline, com um gloss vermelho da Eudora por cima.

Essas sandálias eu comprei em Nova York, em 2008, e quase não uso porque elas machucam meus pés! São da marca American Eagle e foram muito baratas, só 9.99 dólares!

Saia e blusa compradas em São Paulo, no bairro do Bom Retiro (se você for a São Paulo, você precisa ir ao Bom Retiro!), e o colar foi feito pela minha querida amiga Cris Moreira.

Saturday Look / Look do sábado

As we have agreed, on weekends our daily looks are free, and whoever is in the mood or got the time, can create a look and post here. Remember that on this post I said I had found a nice black blouse in a bag, that I had spared because I intended to take it for repair someday? So, today is rainy and rather gloomy saturday. We're in the summer right now, but today looks just like an autumm day and it's a bit cold, so I decided to wear the black blouse, along with jeans and boots.

The only problem of this blouse is the stain. But I'll think of a way to fix it.

To cheer up a little bit, I'm wearing Mac Cosmetics lipstick in Lady Danger. I absolutely love this color, it's a bright kinda orange-y red, and I think it really suits me.

Como concordamos por aqui, nos finais de semana nossos looks são livres, e quem estiver a fim e/ou tiver tempo, pode criar um look e postar. Lembram que neste post eu disse que tinha encontrado uma blusa preta lindinha numa sacola, que eu tinha separado porque eu pretendia mandar arrumar algum dia? Então, hoje tá chovendo e tá meio deprê a tarde de sábado. Apesar de estarmos no verão, hoje parece outono e tá frio (ao menos pra mim), daí decidi usar a blusa preta, com jeans e botas.

O único problema da blusa é essa mancha no punho, mas vou dar um jeito de resolver isso.

Pra dar uma animada no look, coloquei meu batom Lady Danger da Mac Cosmetics. Eu amo essa cor, é um vermelho claro meio laranja, e eu acho que combina bem comigo.
